I sent this gift to both my brothers, neither one of them have yet to express the quality of the product so I don't know about that, they can either just be being rude or whatever. However, I did in error send one package to the wrong address because my brother had just moved into a new home and he had given me the wrong house numbers. So in an effort to contact The Wine Club to find out what I could do about this, it was literally impossible to reach anyone in customer service on the phone. I attempted several times and no one answers so that is disappointing, I like a company that if I have a problem, I can call and try to resolve it. But it all worked out, my brother went to the neighbors and retrieved the package and they hadn't even drank it! Good thing it didn't come to my house by accident! LOL
