I am a real believer that the true worth of a person or a company is not shown best on the sunny, perfect day but when the clouds roll in and things are less than perfect. I started ordering from Wines Spies just about a year ago and I have purchased about four cases of wine but usually three to four bottles at a time. Every transaction and every delivery has been perfect and I LOVE that I can buy 3-4 at a time and then ship, for free, when I fill a case. Today as I put away wine I bought traveling I noticed that one bottle from this past January was leaking. I emailed Wine Spies and very quickly Agent Blanc responded, tried to replace the bottle and when they couldn't they credited my account for the bottle. You can't get better service than that! WS didn't bottle the wine but they still took responsibility, not so common in business these days. 10 out of 10 Wine Spies!
