I bought from the code vein deluxe edition about a few weeks ago.At first it took a few hours to verify my purchase which was not that bad , but after I got an email that verified the purchase , I tried logging into my account and turns out it was locked by them. There was a message that said that I needed to contact the customer service but I needed to be logged in for that so I couldn't really do anything through their site.So I tried sending an email to which they didn't reply for like 2 days and then I tried getting a refund through paypal but then they sent this message through the dispute:" Our apologies. We thought it was fraud. Here is your Steam key: "Which made no sense to me to why they thought it was fraud and they didn't even try to verify the purchase so I thought whatever because I got my game.A few days ago I got this wonderful message on steam :"A Steam Product code you activated has been removed from your account.30 OctCODE VEIN Deluxe EditionYour recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance.If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance.Store owner: The owner of the paypal account used to pay for the order reported it as a fraudulent purchase, so the paypal funds were reversed, and the key purchased with the order was invalidated.Me: No. I am the owner of the paypal account and i didn't report it for anything.The only thing i did was trying to get a refund because this site has blocked my account and didn't give me an access to the key , and that was 2 weeks ago. If the product is gone the least I can get now is a refund.Store owner: The funds were already returned to your paypal account.So they are obviously denying the fact that I didn't report it or got a refund so I tried going to paypal to get a refund through there but it just says that there is an error on their side of things every time.Do not trust WinGameStore.
