Once I purchased, the keys were put on hold, but 5 minutes later, I had my keys and activated them on Steam while some were available for download from the site, DRM. Some reviewers complain about holding their purchase. I made it at 8PM on Tuesday so there was probably some person on the other side still up this time of the day.
