Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered a specific item because the product description (not the title) inaccurately stated "To fit on Porsche CAYENNE 2002 to 2010". However, the correct item is needed for a 2004 Cayenne. I realized the mistake just minutes after placing the order and quickly filled out the cancellation form. Yet, the next morning, I received confirmation that the order was being shipped. I sent another email within minutes to confirm the cancellation, but the order was shipped regardless. Now, to get a refund, I have to cover the cost of returning the item internationally. Very frustrating - please do the right thing.
