I ordered online on the 14/10/20 and the goods delivered on 28/10/20 with some items missing and some damaged. After providing photo images of the damaged goods I was sent credit note. I was told the refund process would take a couple of weeks. As today, 2/12/20, there are no list of any credit note on my account. In fact I email them for a refund to my credit card instead as I will not order anything online from them anymore. I have not recieved any reply from them. It has been a very disappointing experience.
