Like the rest of the reviewers I'm also having difficulties contacting Wing Yip. In my case I did receive the goods but some were damaged in transit. I've emailed more than once but nothing. It's a real shame as I've been using them for years, in-store and online, and they've been brilliant. As another reviewer has commented if they can't offer a decent service during this pandemic then they shouldn't try. I've given 3 stars for previous experiences rather than just the 1.
