Very poor show at the moment. They charged my card at the end of April despite claiming not to take the money until despatch, but then put the order on hold at the end of May unless I spotted the "yes, I still want my order!" link in the middle of a wall-of-text email.No answer to emails, no answer to calls, just the odd, intermittent apology email that says they're sending orders out in "up to 18 working days". Except my order is now something like 25 working days - 5 weeks - old, and I've no idea if I'll ever get it, despite them having my money.Damn shame, as they've always been a fantastic store - but they shouldn't offer online orders if they can't deal with it, irrespective of what else is going on in the world.
