I made a deposit on November 18, 2025, but it failed. Although it coincided with Cloudflare's issues, the money was deducted from my bank but not credited to my account. The support team is unhelpful, just telling me to wait. All past deposits have been instant, so something is clearly wrong. I've contacted the payment provider directly since the support team is unresponsive. I hope to resolve this and recover my funds.
