I received only one item in my order. I was really looking forward to this package and was let down that it arrived incomplete. We paid for premium delivery, but there was a false delivery attempt recorded even though no one showed up, and the package was sent to a pickup point instead. I need the second item by Monday, so please address this urgently by either sending the missing item or issuing a refund. I hope this can be resolved quickly.
