I had a very disappointing experience with the service. Everything seems appealing at first glance, but issues arise once you start using it. Withdrawals are sluggish and ambiguous, customer support is quite unhelpful, and it feels like they evade providing direct answers. I did not feel secure or valued as a user. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform to others.
