Only one star on temporary basis because of ungoing delays of withdrawal issues. After they closed my acct the kyc dept. sent me an email in very professional manner asking for my bank acct. in order to refund my remaining balance of 410€. Ofcourse i provided my iban immediately on 28 of November and since then i sent several emails on customer service and kyc without any reply..!! Also the agent via live chat won't help as the refund issues they said processed only through relevant dept. Ofcourse i shall update my rating after getting my funds. Waiting for their reaction.
