The bike's handle bars would not tighten due to a threaded bolt.I contacted the company on the same day via email, its been six days and I haven't had any response back. My four year old daughter was really excited about her bike but after seeing her face once we realised she couldn't ride it due the handlebar issue was a massive let down. Ive since gone to a hardware store to buy a similar bolt and now the bike is fixed. So much for quality control and standards. The bike was clearly a return from someone else who had threaded the bolt. I will not be using this company for any future purchases.They have lost my business and I've already gone elsewhere to purchase a further 3 bikes this week from Halfords.
