The course was informative, interesting and also fun. It was excellent value for money. The trainer was very knowledgeable, but also very approachable, making me feel comfortable about asking any questions or saying I didn’t understand something. At the end, I felt confident that I would be able to administer emergency first aid if needed.The reason for only giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that, whilst I found the anecdotes and examples given by other delegates extremely helpful in most instances, there were lots and lots of them, resulting in the course overrunning by around 45 minutes. Perhaps the trainer could have stepped in occasionally to move us on a bit quicker. That said, it was a close run thing between 4 and 5 stars.
