I completed the QN UK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) and Emergency Paediatric First Aid. I could not have asked for a better trainer - Carolyn's knowledge was exceptional and she was clearly passionate about first aid and helping others in the community. We were all made to feel very welcome and Carolyn made sure we were all included and felt comfortable in practical scenarios. Carolyn made the course as enjoyable and fun as possible which enabled us to learn essential skills for the workplace. I would highly recommend this company.
