Bad experience! I purchased a lifetime license with ablesys… I played on it using sim money and than started live trading! I blew my acct twice and had to stop! Help from Ron Carbone was limited to do it as we say… which I did. Than maintain fee was charged to me today after I spoke with Ron and cancelled! Also, not one call from Ron or company asking how I’m doing etc. To be fair I must add that Eric the tech support guy was always awesome!3/16 thank you for your response. It’s sad that you know how many times I contacted you… as a new user I had a lot of questions and apparently you feel that since you responded that absolves you from caring about my progress after I paid you ~7k! Apparently you don’t believe that the price tag entitles me to anything beyond access to your software. Truly Sad! Total lack of interest. When I stopped trading, Not one inquiry! Hey, what’s up?how you doing? can we help? NOTHING! you guys suck! I’m even more dissatisfied and disappointed after your response! I didn’t email you to cancel!? LOL! I contacted Ron, the guy that sold me this junk! AND HE RETURNED MY CALL! WOW! truly crazy statement from you guys! Hard to put into words how I really feel! But I will try to spread my opinion anytime and anywhere I can!
