If i could i would have given 0 star, or even minus. Recently purchased their Ursa Minor, took 2 weeks to arrive within Europe. Issue with the stick right out of the box, even after calibrations. Reached out to customer service, followed their instruction to recalibrate in SimApp, but did not solve the issue. It has been multiple days and they deny it's a factory fault. The X axis when inputting full left can not be maxed out, the value shows between 2000 to 5000, and the deadzone drifts after every 15 min. So the Fenix A320 ECAM constantly warning regarding recalibration. Poor quality and poor customer service, their denial is unbelievable. I just checked my invoice, and I clearly don't see me ordering this bullshit in it. It has been almost a week, their customer support is ridiculous. Sending videos after videos, claiming it is not a hardware issue but a software issue, despite this they refuse to let me return the product.
