My delivery was sent to the wrong address and then returned to sender, their customer support constantly delayed any information saying "we have no info from our warehouse" or "we have no info from the carrier", and then tried to give me a refund without the shipping costs. Guess what when you sell in the EU and the package is not delivered the shipping fees are your responsibility.Also I realized that their website has fake ongoing sales all the time, so the product I purchased with a 60$ "sale" still costs the same amount after 2 months.
