Broken part, no warranty, terrible customer support

I have several devices and in the last 12 months I had 3 mechanical defects in in those. When contacting support I learned that the part that recently broke is an "accessory" and as such there is no warranty. Additionally they determined that the part broke because of misuse and proposed I pay $25 (later changed to $20) for replacement. For a small piece of plastic where a throttle detent attaches.This is what you should expect from WinWing - anything breaks - no warranty or your fault. If you want something replaced or repaired - preferably send the damaged part to China at your expense (not refundable even under warranty).If you have a problem with their rules, keep in mind that all your relations with this company are governed by the laws of "State of Sichuan of China" (as per their website). Which makes any claims against them difficult and any protection you might be used to under US and (especially) EU laws will not apply.I usually don't care about the laws. Companies I dealt with in the past simply care about the customer and stand by their product. WinWing does not. If something breaks - they will tell you that you broke it. It will be your problem and your expense to fix it.
