I purchased this product a year ago and recently found out I was automatically enrolled in a renewal plan. When I sought a refund, I was informed that a notice was sent to me a week prior to the charge date, which I missed. Rather than dispute it, I will simply pay the fee. If you consider buying their product, ensure you're not enrolled in auto-renewal unless that's your intention.
