I purchased this product a year ago and just discovered that I was automatically enrolled in a renewal plan. When I requested a refund, I was informed that a renewal notice had been sent to me before the charge date, which I did not see. Rather than contest it, I will simply pay the fee. If you decide to buy their product, ensure you check for auto-renewal unless you want it.
