Dear all,I would like to share my experience with two Wipro products purchased online. The first was an electric kettle, which had some quality issues; despite this, I chose to keep it. The second was a WiFi-enabled smart plug, ordered from a well-known online platform. The initial unit was faulty right out of the sealed box, and while the replacement worked briefly for a week, it stopped functioning unexpectedly soon after.I am deeply disappointed with the quality of these products from Wipro, a brand I had expected better from.
