The lady in Zimbabwe was helpful and polite when i called the Zimbabwe number during the festive holidays. Sending and Picking up the money in Zimbabwe is as easy as it can get, seamless and no complications. Rates are very very good... hopefully it stays like that. I gave three stars because of limited availability of pickup points in Zimbabwe. I suggest partnering with Mukuru which is the most widely dispersed cash pick up point , available even in remote rural areas.
