They greet you well and usually tell you to go straight to the service point, the transaction is always fast and easy once you provide either your valid passport or national I.D...next thing you put a signature and you get your money. I really liked the exchange rate and how fast it is but just a few pick up points. Would keep on using it if a cash pick up point is created in NORTON please. Its a hussle to be travelling for pick up points and l wouldnt want to use Ecocash because to cash out l lose money with charges
