This BTC wallet site is fraudulent; beware. I lost more than $5,116.31 CAD of crypto when I sent it to NDAX.io CA (0.09978125 BTC) on November 16, 2023. It never arrived at the exchange. I reported the incident to the Lead Detective - 22 Division Detective Officer #9963 - Mendoza, Toronto, Canada, to no avail. As others have stated, TRUTHFULY, you put BTC in and can’t take it out ever again. Your BTC will be lost to you. Wirez will not answer you. There’s no contact through tickets or their support email, and there are no phone numbers. Worse, Wirez creates false BTC verification transactions that are sent to your email. I tested with my remaining crypto by sending $20.00 amounts to Coinbase, Kraken, Wealthsimple, Mycelium, and Uphold. I have never received my BTC from Wirez for exchanges/wallets to date. I also sent $20.00 BTC into the wallet from Nice Hash and never received it. Just like NDAX. The incoming BTC was split up into 13 ways and disappeared on the blockchain. There will be no proof that your BTC is on the blockchain in a transaction. HASH #-Wirez will not provide you with that poof either. You cannot verify your BTC transaction with BLOCKCHAIR or other BTC verification tools. HOSTINGER hosted Wirez. I filed an abuse claim against Wirez on Dec. 11-29, 2023. They have since changed Host providers. Constructive: If they want to regain people's trust, they should give back unsatisfied customers their remaining crypto. They do not do so; however, as of this posting, they do not.
