Just the free version is enough for cleaning thoroughly your pc, and it removes most of your junk files, useful to make more space in your storage. Also, I can really feel the difference in my laptop's performances after going through the optimization tool. It also has many other functions for monitoring, improving safety and speed. Every pc should have this installed in my honest opinion.
