Even though I said in the quote that packaging wasn't needed (since it was less than a 1-kilometer journey from pickup to drop-off) they still packaged everything nicely to prevent harm to the furniture at no extra cost. The icing on the cake was that he sent 2 extra workers to help since they were available and completed the entire move in no time at all. I am extremely pleased with the service and cost of the move.
