I give it one star because it’s not what it used to be. They seem to be dishonest now. Two packages arrived well past the return and refund deadlines they set. When I asked for a refund, they requested documentation proving I didn’t receive my packages. It feels like a joke, as they don’t honor their return policy. Who suffers? The buyer—like me. I won't shop here again, especially since there are better-priced options on other platforms. My honest advice is to avoid this platform due to lack of buyer protection and uncertainty about order fulfillment.
