I’m genuinely a fan of this activewear brand. It’s one of the most aesthetic and visually strong brands out there. I always receive compliments when I wear their pieces. I’ve placed around five orders already and will probably continue, simply because I love the overall look and identity.
That said, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Out of five orders, four were delivered to the wrong address. Each time I contacted support, the response came about a week later.
The last time I ordered a set, it appeared red on the website but arrived in a carrot orange shade. I couldn’t exchange it directly, even though the policy allows returns within 14 days. The only option was to return it, wait again, and place a new order, which meant another two weeks of delay. It creates unnecessary complications.
As a loyal customer, I’ve never received a birthday gesture, never an apology after spending almost two weeks trying to locate a misplaced package, and never any invitation to be part of their community. I regularly create content featuring their pieces, yet there’s been no engagement from their side.
So there are clear pros and cons. I would still order because the aesthetic is strong and the quality is generally good. I would just be extremely careful with color selection, especially if the shade isn’t clearly represented in photos. Some ultra thin fabrics look great but wear out faster. Their classic fabrics, however, perform well
