I returned an item months ago at my own expense, and the parcel was sitting at their Hong Kong collection office since September 2025, awaiting pickup by their team. Despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances that they would arrange collection, nothing has been done.
Because of their inaction, the collection period has now expired — and I am still waiting on a $500 USD refund.
This has been a frustrating and time-consuming process, with poor communication and zero accountability. I’ve done everything required on my end, yet WISKII has failed to uphold their responsibilities.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing, especially if you think you may need to return an item.
