The macOS version showed great promise for a few weeks, which led me to buy the pro version. However, it soon became plagued with issues and deteriorated rapidly. I subscribed to the annual plan right after the trial, and the plugin stopped working immediately. There seems to be a compatibility issue with the latest version, but I haven’t heard back from support. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. I’ve tried contacting them through various channels and received no response. Unless I get a proper resolution or refund, I’ll keep this review up.
I’ve been trying to contact the support team for five days without a response. My enterprise account is showing as a trial account, making it unusable. The complete lack of customer support is unacceptable for an enterprise service. This has been one of my worst experiences with customer service, and I’m requesting a refund as this has been extremely disappointing.
The product seems to work fine, but I was offered a 50% discount due to a funding deal. When I tried to redeem it, it wasn’t honored, and I got no response from support. I wanted to sign up, but if you’re going to offer exceptional deals, they should be honored — it feels a bit misleading.
