Support: Like their support team is simply the best. You ask a question, they response in at most 5 mins. The panel is easy to use, and the server doesn't have any lag. It also supports like a bunch of different software, and i use paper 1.8. When i am stuck in maybe setting up a plugin i could just ask the support and they'll answer me in seconds. it's just... how do i say it, more than 5 stars. at least 100. I really don't see why someone would rate it 1 star.
