Opening the account was not too complicated, but expensive.The trouble started when my clients started to pay my invoices. One Singapore client's payment was immediately returned and never showed in my account. It turns out that Wittix can only accept SEPA payments, not international payments. There is a work-around, which is cumbersome, but eventually worked. I could do the workaround because the client is of long standing and willing to work with me, but it's a lot of work and not really feasible as a policy.Another client - in Switzerland, making SEPA-payments - sent money, which was credited, but sent back immediately. All the information was correct. We tried again, warning Wittix that the payment was on its way and specifying the remitting bank, but Wittix rejected the payment again. Wittix was never able to explain why, or what what to do to make the funds stick.
