Called Wizz because my macerator was humming constantly. Sounded like a pump problem. The plumber came and took it apart and said my macerator was fine and the problem was down to installation and the pipes being to narrow and I needed to get someone out to clean them.. He then put the toilet back together flushes it then says the macerator is broken and needed replacing at a cost of £650 and Peter would ring me. How can you rely on the advice of someone who changes their mind in secs to a cost of £144. I asked Peter if he could return some of the cost which he replied no. Avoid this company.I intend to take it further.Update, I have taken this matter up with The Citizens Advice Bureau who assured me I have a case. After hearing from Peter, (who's actually name is something completely different). He emailed and was completely unhelpful, he always puts the phone down on a person if you ring him. We have moved no further forward, so the matter will have to be escalated. I would avoid this company at all costs.
