Got wizz in because my shower drain was backing up. They promised no fix no fee on the first visit, which would have been nice but they always brought it up to claim moral high ground in all subsequent dealings. After the second visit i didn't hear from them for more than a week, and it turned out Peter was sulking over the non-payment of an invoice he hadn't even sent me! Once he sent it I paid same day. During the second visit they had discovered that one of my manhole entries was covered with pavings. We had these removed and booked a third visit. The engineer turned up and after 5 minutes told me he didn't have the right tools and the office would be in touch about booking another visit. I called Peter the next day and the engineer had apparently falsely told him that he still couldn't access the manhole. I assume he did this because he'd turned up without the right kit and didn't want a telling off from his boss. Peter said he'd get to the bottom of it and call be back. Haven't heard from him since. Wizz strung me along for months. should have gone with another plumber sooner, but wanted to retain someone who was at least familiar with the problem.
