Shipping packaging is an absolute nightmare. Didn’t receive all pieces at the same time, cushions are wedged in the headrest which are wedged in the base. It was the most difficult task to unpack. Headrest or armrest came damaged with the latch piece broken off and laying loose in the base. Contacted customer support but based on prior reviews I’m not hopeful.
