I made 3 reasonable attempts to cancel a contract that ended in 2019. I was told the contract renewed monthly since we did not cancel. I was advised to send a letter, certified return receipt to cancel, but would still be obligated to pay $239 per month for 90 days, as that is the term for cancellation. I asked to put the service on hold, while waiting for the 90 day period. I was advised I would need to pay for the receptacle of $47 per month, but 3 separate documents were sent through DocuSign and all included a contract term extending the contract out for another 3 years, or 1 year to put the service on hold, while waiting for the termination of the "contract". Absolutely deceitful business practices.
