I placed an order on 12/21/25 for a cape but never received any shipment notification. When I finally got an email, it stated that my package was sent to the Mail Recovery Center in Atlanta. I've reached out to the company multiple times but received no replies. I'm really regretting this order and will not purchase from them again. I intend to contact my bank tomorrow to see what can be done. Caution is advised for other buyers!
