Had I read these reviews, I would never have ordered from this company. The quality of their products is very poor. They seem to have used AI for their advertisements because what I received is not what was shown. I've been trying to return these items, but there's no return link on their website. According to their return policy, if the return isn't their fault, I have to pay for shipping back to Korea. This is a frustrating experience, and I will be more cautious about my online purchases.
