I placed an order on 12/21/25 for a cape, but I never got a shipment email. When I finally received one, it said my package was sent to the Mail Recovery Center in Atlanta. I've tried reaching out to the company multiple times without any responses. I regret placing this order and won't be ordering again. I plan to contact my bank tomorrow to explore options. Buyers should be cautious!
