Not the greatest! Glasses were of good quality but they were not for me. I needed to return them and that's where things got weird. It seems the company makes it difficult to process returns in hopes of discouraging the return.When I received emails and answers the customer service folks were the best. But the process of label printing or completing the return threw up blocks twice. Now, today as I stood in UPS with my qr code...I get told "These are not returnable."What the heck? It almost didn't happen but the UPS guy put the mail through anyway. I will never buy from this company again. I guess we'll see if I get that money back or not.
