Scam. False advertising that they wouldn’t charge shipping and they were offering buy one get one free. They charged me shipping and didn’t offer another pair. In talking to customer support I asked them to cancel the order and refund me. Their comms have been misleading and unhelpful and I am struggling to simply cancel the order and get a refund. I have a screenshot of their ad offering those deals which they haven’t honoured and looking into ways of reporting them.
