A few years ago, I was reading a personal development book that quoted “Wise men purchase Assets,not liabilities.” and so it became just a small thought in my mind that id like to invest in Real Estate one day. But I didnt know when or how I was going to do it.I started off listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts, and reading books by popular REI gurus like Brandon Turner and David Greene. I learned alot about the basics, but I still was not confident enough to make the “leap of faith”.I stumbled across WNN and everything they were willing to teach me fit exactly to the investing strategies I had already done homework on.But after joining,all that I thought I knew, was not really much at all. From figuring out your Markets level of potential success, to interviewing lenders and agents??These guys know their stuff, and they are willing to pave the way if you are willing to walk it.Shout out to Brandon‼️🫡 For being extremely flexible with my busy schedule and lacing my boots for me when things didnt look so good on this crazy first deal. But we closed it out!!This is just the beginning to a long journey of success, but I cant wait for all the lessons to come. Lets keep shining!!! 💪
