I absolutely love my new 4-in-in flexi tap, the aged brass finish is perfect and the tap looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I’m really happy with it. The 4 stars are because I had issues getting it to work, between wodar Jonny and my super patient plumber we cracked the problem, but the chat bot drove me nuts, and other than that, email is the only way to contact customer support. It did take a while to sort out the issue but we got there in the end. Feels really high quality for the price compared to the very expensive tap I was tempted to buy instead. Tea tastes great, there’s no issue at all with a 98 degree temperature. Great product. Thanks Jonny!
