My daughter and I took a trip to Italy for the Winter Olympics through a package arranged by World of Discoveries. First time using WofDi. The trip turned out to be one of the best we’ve done, really ever. The hotels they chose, the car transfers they arranged, the event tickets they purchased…all met or exceeded expectations. There were a couple tours they arranged for us that weren’t as well led as we might have hoped,but admittedly that was not the focus of our trip…so it didn’t really take away from the experience.Overall, things went smoothly and though they largely prefer to communicate only by email and WhatsApp, they were generally responsive when we needed them. We will definitely will look to use them again.
