I googled for purses made in the USA. Blue Wolf Store came up. I purchased a purse on February 28, 2025. When I got the tracking information I discovered that it was coming from China which I DID NOT want. I finally received it and a wallet on March 25, 2025. It was all folded over in a very small package, so I knew I was in trouble. It wasn't even big enough to hold my wallet/check book much less all the other items ladies usually carry in their purse. I immediately contacted them via email for a return and full refund. I only had 14 days and that's today, April 10, 2025. I sent them numerous emails and got no responses. I called the contact number which was Fernandes & Silva Company LLC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Every time it rang over and over. The first time it cut me off. The other times it ended up going to a busy signal. I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience and company. I am out $59.47. What a waste of money. I truly believe this is a scam!!!! I will never recommend either company to anyone!!!! I wish there was a zero star option for these reviews. That's exactly what they deserve!!!!
