I had my Wolfbox pro 900 for a few months when it started jumping from front to back camera on the display. I emailed them and they had me try to update the software. I was getting it so I called a couple of times and they walked me through it. That didn’t work so they sent me right out a new rear camera and new cable. I third the camera first then the cable. Neither worked so they sent me right out a whole new unit. That worked. They responded to emails within a couple of hours usually. Even on Sunday.I understand things aren’t always perfect but their customer service was unbeatable. Mike
