I would like to express my appreciation to the Wolfbox Team, especially Mark, for providing above and beyond customer service.A few weeks ago, I began experiencing an issue with my TriPro900 dashcam. The device would enter an "automatic operation" mode whenever I started my car, and after approximately 25 to 35 minutes, it would begin randomly toggling settings on its own. This problem was persisted since last year while I was waiting for Wolfbox to release firmware update for the TriPro900. Once it was available, I quickly download it and update it asap, but the problem still ongoing. I then contacted Wolfbox customer support, where Mark assisted me throughout the troubleshooting process. We were email each other back and forth to guide me through multiple test in order to identify the cause of the issue. Ultimately, the problem was the main unit not functioning properly. So Mark arranged with his team to send me a new replacement and I received within 2 days.Since I replace it with the new one. The dashcam has been working perfectly, and I am extremely satisfy with both the product and the brand. Also the return and shipping process was fast. Overall the whole process was resolved within 2 weeks.Once again, I would like to thank Mark for his dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Well done Wolfbox Team!
