I went to purchase one of their mirror/dash cam combos. The price looked good and the product sounded good. I place the order and I get back an email that they are requiring a "Screenshot of your payment confirmation (showing bank name, amount, and transaction ID)." Well that's not on the receipt from the company so I go to my credit card site and they don't have exactly what they want either. Wolfbox suggests that I wait until my statement is available since I can take a screenshot from that.So I looked it up online - the Major credit card companies DO NOT ALLOW a charge to be made until the package is shipped (you can put an authorization on the card, but not an actual charge, and an authorization will not appear on a statement). BUT Wolfbox wanted to charge me or the product weeks before it was being shipped. So they are 1. trying to get a screenshot of my banking information and other stuff which they honestly have NO need for.2. They are violating the credit card companied policies by charging for a product weeks before it is to be (maybe) shipped.
