I don't remember the exact date I ordered the system, but it took our shop a little while to get us in to install it regardless. I needed a few upgrades to make it work for our truck, and wolfbox sent me everything needed free of charge (longer cables, etc.). They accidentally upgraded and sent my ordered camera to a better one, promptly informed me and allowed me to keep it also free of charge. One of the cameras started having an issue, and the customer service team was extremely fast to check in with me and get the right details to send me a replacement. The new camera came the next day. I have never in my life experienced a better customer service response from ANY purchase I've ever made. The footage/cameras themselves seem like a great investment, but even if you had any trouble, they absolutely do their best to help. I can't speak highly about that enough; I was really surprised how well they treated me. The only issue i had during the whole experience was my email. The day after I made the initial purchase, I started getting hundreds of spam emails the next few days. They seemed to have stopped after the first week, but it was a lot. I don't believe the people helping me had anything to do with that though, and would still happily credit the company 5 stars for their products and service!
